Change of mind:
We understand that when you order online that sometimes items aren’t what you expect. We are proud of our products and we can’t imagine anyone changing their mind, but because we are absolute legends we’re more than happy to refund you.
You may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number ASAP before returning any items. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used or installed the items and they are not damaged. Please return items secured in their original packaging if possible.
After we have received your item and confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a store credit or refund of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees.
Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. Our customer care team will advise you on the next steps.
- Free delivery if you live in the suburb of Newcastle – for a limited time only. Please check our postcode page to check you make the cut.
- $15 flat rate standard delivery Australia wide. Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery, depending on your area.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Items purchased on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following delivery day.
- You will receive an email once your items are on their merry little way to you.
- Some items have a production time, please check this on the individual product pages. If there is no production time they will be dispatched on the same day, if ordered before 12pm.
- If you have selected the option to have your shelf installed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
