Terms and Conditions for Tradespeople
Thank you for your interest in joining The Timber Line’s Recommended Tradespeople Network. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for tradespeople who wish to be listed on our network. By participating, you agree to uphold professional standards and provide quality service to our customers. Please read the following terms carefully, as they define your responsibilities and clarify the nature of your relationship with The Timber Line.
- Independent Contractor Status: You acknowledge that by being listed on The Timber Line’s Recommended Tradespeople Network, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or affiliate of The Timber Line. You are solely responsible for your own work and conduct when interacting with customers.
- Quality of Service: You agree to uphold professional standards in your work and deliver services in a timely and competent manner. You understand that any negative feedback from customers regarding poor quality, delays, or unprofessional conduct may lead to removal from the network.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your services, including your contact details, areas of service, and any qualifications. You understand that it is your responsibility to update this information when changes occur.
- Liability and Indemnity: You agree that The Timber Line is not responsible for any damages, disputes, or claims arising from your work with customers. You will indemnify and hold The Timber Line harmless from any legal actions or claims arising from your services.
- Insurance and Licenses: You confirm that you have obtained the necessary licenses and insurance (such as public liability insurance) to perform the work you advertise. You agree that it is your responsibility to maintain this insurance and that The Timber Line has no obligation to verify your compliance.
- Right to Remove: The Timber Line reserves the right to remove you from the network at its sole discretion, especially if negative feedback or issues arise.
- No Guarantees of Business: While being listed on The Timber Line’s network may provide visibility, The Timber Line does not guarantee any minimum number of customer inquiries, leads, or jobs.

No Fees or Payments to The Timber Line:
Tradespeople listed on The Timber Line’s Recommended Tradespeople Network will not be required to pay any fees or commissions to The Timber Line for their listing or for any leads generated through the network. All payments for services provided by the tradespeople are to be arranged and handled directly between the tradesperson and the customer. The Timber Line is not involved in the financial transactions between customers and tradespeople.
Consent to Terms and Provision of Information:
By ticking the consent box and submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, by providing your name and email, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and up-to-date. This serves as your official consent to be listed on The Timber Line’s Recommended Tradespeople Network and to adhere to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
