Description

It's a versatile one ~ this shelf can be used two ways: display your little ones favourite treasures one way or flip it upside down to display books, photos and prints with the scalloped edge acting as a little ledge.

Care Instructions

Do not use harsh chemicals to clean, use a soft damp cloth and clean spills immediately.

We take safety super serious at the Timber Line so always recommend that shelves are expertly hung and secured by a professional or experienced DIYer. We also recommend that you do not hang shelves above a bed.

Installation

We provide installation instructions, and your shelf comes with everything you need. If you would like a copy of the instructions please send us an email. We also have a video you can watch.

Production time

We have a current production time of up to 5 weeks due to our holiday closure (this does not include shipping time). Please check Christmas and holiday cut-off dates.

Delivery

Delivery is $15, excluding custom orders. Express shipping is available. Please note this is not a production time. Express shipping is a faster transit time.

Shelf Styling tips by Bek Halliday

When it comes to styling shelves for kids, the same design principals apply as with any other shelves, it's all about balance.

BUT the trick here, is incorporating things that they love ❤️ along side things that YOU may love and look aesthetically pretty 😉

Using various heights, shapes and textures is key, but I have a few tricks up my sleeve when I shelf style.

• Always start with your largest piece first. This framed butterfly 🦋 really drawers your eye up towards the shelves.

• I balanced the height using something different, like this pretty horse ribbon on the opposite side 🎀
It's also hanging, not leaning on the wall like the picture which adds interest.

• Next a pretty vase or greenery adds shape and colour

• Then add a cute soft toy

• On to your next shelf, time to think DIAGONAL balance. I used a smaller frame diagonally opposite the large one, and continued this method with another toy and different greenery. And so on!
