Care Instructions
Do not use harsh chemicals to clean, use a soft damp cloth and clean spills immediately.
All products are protected with a clear non-toxic varnish.
Do not soak or submerge Caddy in water.

Will my Bath Caddy slip?
No, as they are made from solid timber - they are heavy. If care is taken they will not slip or move. Please do not sit on them.
Are they waterproof?
Our caddies are coated in a clear, non toxic marine grade varnish. This will prevent mould and fading. However, we do advise you to dry off anywater spills and do not submerge your Caddy into the water to prevent water damage.
Are your products Australian made?
Yes, they sure are! We make them right here in Newcastle and send them world wide. All of our timber and materials are locally sourced.
Absolutely beautiful bath caddy and such a special birthday gift from my fiancé. The custom version of this Bath Caddy in spotted gum is gorgeous and really warms up our bathroom. It feels beautifully made and substantial.
My only hesitation is that it isn't clear what finish has been used to protect the timber from water and whether it needs any additional or regular treatment. Given it will regularly be exposed to moisture, I'd love a little more information about how best to care for and protect the beautiful timber.
Overall, a beautiful and unique piece that makes our bathroom feel much more special.

We're so glad the spotted gum bath caddy has added a special touch to your bathroom, and that gorgeous, substantial feel is exactly what we aim for with each piece. Thank you also for raising the point about care and finish - that's really valuable feedback, and we'll look at making this information clearer for future customers. On the finish, our pieces are twice varnished with a clear, water-based satin varnish (Monocel), which is kitchen and bathroom grade, so it's designed to hold up well to moisture. For ongoing care, we'd recommend wiping away any standing water after use rather than letting it sit, and giving it an occasional wipe-down with a damp cloth to keep it looking its best. If you ever notice the finish wearing over time with regular water exposure, a light sand and a fresh coat of varnish will bring it back to life.
